Dayzli
A private mood journal. Save how you feel in one tap, add words only when you want to, and see what makes you feel better and what makes you feel worse.

One mood is a complete entry
Notes, activities and photos are optional.
What Dayzli does
- Quick check-ins: choose one of five moods, pick activities, and save. It takes seconds.
- Your journal: every entry, searchable, with each day's mood colour.
- Insights: look at all time, the last year, this year, the last 30 or 7 days, yesterday or today. See which activities and times go with better or harder days, with the number of days behind each pattern.
- Weekly report: every Sunday, or any week you choose: entries, average mood, top activities, mood counts and a steadiness score. Play it as a short story or share a picture of the week.
- Apple Health, optional: add sleep, steps and exercise to your entries and reports. Dayzli reads only what you allow.
- Apple Watch: log a mood from your wrist.
- Reminders you control, with a quiet mode.
Private by design
- No account, no sign-in, and no analytics SDK.
- Your journal stays on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to a server or sent to a vendor.
- Lock Dayzli with Face ID or your passcode.
- Back up with an encrypted file you protect with your own password.
- Export your journal whenever you like.
AI that stays on your iPhone
Dayzli uses Apple's on-device language model to write short reflections, explain patterns in Insights and summarise your week. Your entries are never sent to a cloud service, and there is no remote fallback. The app shows which model is active: Core Advanced uses Apple's full on-device model, and Core uses the standard one with shorter reflections.
AI only reads entries you include in AI, and it never changes what you wrote. It needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on. Everything else works without it.
Dayzli is not medical advice and does not replace professional care. If you are having a hard time, it shows support resources.
